The location is truly excellent, right in the center in front of Palazzo Pitti. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. They even allowed us to leave our backpacks at the hotel after check‑out. Given the spot, the price is more than fair.

The location is excellent and the staff were courteous. The room was small; although the bed was very comfortable, the room I stayed in was tight. It was difficult to find a spot for the luggage.

+++++Location is perfect. Staff-friendly. I originally booked a standard room, but it was too small—you would step over your travel bags. So I paid 200 euros (for 4 nights) to be upgraded. But it was on the top floor, very very hot, and the air‑con made some funny noise—hard to get sleep.

The staff and location are great. The elevator is slow and somewhat peculiar.
