The facility was welcoming and clean, a lovely little house in a peaceful spot close to the sea. The interior layout could have been better.

The cleanliness of the bathroom, kitchen, and overall place shows the owners’ attention to detail. They also leave cookies, bread, jam, coffee, milk, juice, and water for breakfast, plus a couple of bicycles to explore the area. The beach is very close and great for swimming, even letting you see fish underwater. The owners kindly provided swimming goggles. Eddy and his wife were very kind and always ready to help, even though we didn’t speak Italian and only a little English. The distance from the airport to the place is covered by a quick train, then a 14‑minute walk, but there is a low level crossing under the highway without a pedestrian crossing, which made us feel a bit unsafe when arriving and leaving. Overall, our experience was excellent.
