“Im großen und Ganzen ok”

Everything was fine except a few small issues. The lifeguard was completely unfriendly and kept opening all the doors, which made me sick. I had scheduled a haircut in the spa area, but the hairdresser never showed up. In the kids’ area, we could ring a bell if we wanted something, but after sitting for an hour and ringing it eight times, no one answered. We complained at reception, but only received an apology and nothing else.

I was blown away by the sheer professionalism, willingness to help, variety of food, and the way everything we tasted was prepared and seasoned to perfection—every tiny detail was handled with expertise. Thanks a lot for the experience. I don't think there's anything to add.

The spa and thermal area were great, the rooms were large, and there were indoor and outdoor play areas for kids.

Velký pokoj, lednice, konvice, ubytování se psem bez problémů, výborné jídlo, super wellness, velmi ochotný a pozorný personál. Vše bylo v pořádku a naprosto vyhovující
