1. We arranged a taxi from the airport in advance and received confirmation that everything would be fine, but when we arrived at night, no one greeted us at the airport. It was the first time this happened, and there was no one to speak to; the hotel staff didn't speak English, and using Google Translate at night was exhausting. 2. When we got to the hotel in the taxi, I presented the booking from Booking (printed beforehand), which turned out to be useful because they didn't see my reservation; the room in their system was booked for another person they were waiting for. They were very surprised by our arrival, called someone for a long time to figure it out. The staff didn't know any English at all, so we just waited at night for someone to check us in. 3. After an hour or two, they gave us a room, but the bedding and towels were stained with blood and dirty marks, and the room was full of mosquitoes; the kettle was broken, although there was water in the shower. We used our beach towels and slept for a couple of hours because at 6 am the guide picked us up, and changing things at night when you’re in a new city and no one speaks English is very hard. I have travelled to 50 countries and lived in different conditions, but this place really gave us this experience and does not deserve even 1 star. Be careful.

“Hotel novo com boas instalações”

The hotel is new with good facilities, but the breakfast could have offered more Western options.
