“Should have been offered a refund”

There are no redeeming qualities at all—just a big scam! Everything was gross and outdated; the pictures should be removed for false advertising. Towels were worn out and thin, bedding had cigarette marks everywhere, and I was charged extra for my pets even though I paid more for the “pet friendly” room online. The biggest scam I’ve ever fallen for. Kids were playing behind the desk; it felt like a zoo, not professional or relaxing in any way! It was super unwelcoming when I walked in—I thought I was going to get mugged. I paid way too much for this place.

“Disappointed in our stay.”

Not much—just okay. The only breakfast items offered were cereal, waffles, small bagels and donuts, juice, coffee, peanut butter. We checked out and bought breakfast elsewhere. There were pictures of fresh fruit on the walls but no fruit in sight. The combination light/bathroom fan in our first room was so incredibly loud we had to change rooms. The second room was okay but we only got 2 very thin bath towels and 2 thin hand towels and only 1 washcloth. Also, only 1 small bar of soap. They definitely need new towels. Also, they need blackout curtains. The lights outside kept us up and made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was disappointing. I would not book another stay at this hotel.

The price and the location were fine. The whole place smelled terrible, musty, damp, and was dirty. Looking at the staff, it was easy to see why. Most of the staff didn’t seem to care about personal hygiene and smelled like it too. The rooms were not very clean at all, including spatters of something I didn’t even want to know what it was or investigate, since it looked like human crap. Language barrier with the staff was nearly consistent except for one person who was physically unable to move above a snail’s pace. Quality inns and suites should do a better background check on their ownership and management staff.

The room was nasty: the shower rod was all torn out, water leaked through the shower curtain, the tissue under the chair Bible was all water‑logged and destroyed, the wall was all torn up, it smelled very musty and moldy. The laundry basket in the pool looked like it was from the dumpster after it was ran over. Not very impressed at all.
