The place was well‑situated and the basic amenities—prompt service, hot and cold water, a comfy room—were all there, yet the attached restaurant’s menu missed any south Indian options and it seems they don’t keep a pantry on hand.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was courteous and supportive, but parking was a challenge, though they handled it adequately.

I booked this from the UK for my brother, and he received a call to cancel because the rooms were full and he would be refunded; I cancelled, but the cancellation wasn’t approved.

The Wi‑Fi wasn’t working and remained broken despite repeated reminders.
