Everything: the friendliness and the good attention with which we were received, how attentive they are, the food was delicious and everything was very economical, I will return and highly recommend.

Excellent staff, the hosts are a delight, the food is very tasty, quiet, the cleanliness is excellent, I loved that they tried to make us feel at home, they gave us very good recommendations for tourist sites in the area, how to get there and what to do in Guatape. I want to leave an honest and constructive opinion about our stay. The staff were very kind and attentive at all times, and the cleanliness of the place was truly excellent. The effort to serve guests well is evident. However, there are several important aspects that I think should improve, especially considering that the accommodation charges a normal price for this type of experience. With about 2 hours left before the end of the stay, there were power interruptions on the property, which affected our stay right when we were trying to organize ourselves to leave, collect belongings and shower. We also felt that they should improve guest independence more, because to use basic amenities of the accommodation, such as filling the jacuzzi or setting up TV services like magic tv, we depended on the hostess. We understand the intention to help, but as guests we expect more independence, calm, and privacy in the room during a longer stay. They could consider an instruction guide for filling and using the jacuzzi. Another point that surprised us is that the jacuzzi can only be filled once; a second filling, for example the next day, costs an additional 30,000 pesos, which should be mentioned in the description before renting. Additionally, since it is a metal container accommodation, at night there is a lot of humidity and condensation inside and not all walls are covered. We believe that the comfort of the experience could improve significantly if they implement some type of insulation or internal thermal coating on all walls in the future. I mention this respectfully because the place has potential and the human attention was very good, but I think improving these details would make a huge difference for those who stay there.

The staff were genuinely friendly and the rooms stayed sparkling clean throughout my stay. I didn't run into any real problems, which made the whole experience pretty smooth.

If you need to get away from the hustle, this place does the trick – quiet, comfy, and just right for a proper break. Nothing fancy, but it delivered exactly what I was looking for.

The housekeeping was unbelievably tidy and everything was arranged perfectly. Mrs. Blanca went above and beyond – she was practically a superhero, and the breakfast was surprisingly tasty. The whole vibe there felt incredibly peaceful.
