The hotel is opposite the Old Mutual shopping centre, halfway between Johannesburg and Pretoria, with Gautrain Station nearby.

The staff were very friendly and the place looked nice, but breakfast was a hassle: staff said it starts at 6:30 to 10:00, we arrived at 9:00 and had to wait an extra 20 minutes for some items to be ready; why not pre‑prepare everything and keep it warm for self‑service? The wait was inconvenient.
