It was well‑situated, the neighborhood was quiet, walking down to the plaza was easy, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and you can park inside. The tile could have been a bit cleaner.

The sea view was great, but the hotel didn't seem to care about guests; there were only small hand towels, no bath towels, and you had to ask beforehand if you needed more.

The host made the place very pleasant, each room had its own charm and was decorated with detailed artwork telling stories; the room was clean and the shared balcony offered a beautiful view of Valparaiso, plus the host gave us great recommendations for places to visit. We would have liked the accommodation to provide towels and perhaps warmer blankets for us, who were both frostbitten 🙈.
