The service was attentive and detailed, and the facilities were comfortable. From parking inquiries to luggage handling and the check‑in process, everything felt smooth; the room walkthrough was thorough, and the midnight bed service was great. I didn’t book a two‑meal package, which was a shame, but my appetite was small so I didn’t think about it. Afternoon tea and late‑night snacks were good, the atmosphere relaxed, and the evening at the Starry Sky Lounge was tasty with a cocktail to unwind. I loved the pumpkin view from the first floor down to G, it looked like an eye, the pumpkin resembling an eyeball. A memorable piece was the ATM to the left of the banquet hall and bamboo art to the right; the bamboo was unique, flowing from large to small without interruption, surrounding me like a developing fetus, the tiny bamboo vines resembling umbilical cords.
