This boutique hotel features 13th-century cellar relaxation areas with private sauna access, and rooms with cable TV, eco-friendly toiletries, antique furniture, and crystal chandeliers, serving afternoon tea at Bistro Emma on weekends from September to March.

This charming hotel sits in the perfect spot in Gamala Stan, just a short walk to the central station, making it ideal for couples. The breakfast is nice, the staff very attentive, and the décor whimsical and fun to look at. We liked everything!

The most amazing hotel in the heart of Stockholm, filled with Swedish antiques and everyday objects from the past, it feels like a museum yet offers all modern amenities—a fantastic experience!

The location and charm of this old quirky hotel are great, but the plumbing wasn’t the best—there were sewer smells from the sink drain, and you could hear gurgling when other rooms used water. The staff were great and moved us to another room that was much better, though it still had faint sewer smells.

The location is incredible, right in the centre of the old town, the breakfast is lovely, and it’s the perfect spot to stay.

The location, rooms, friendly staff, authenticity of the hotel, coffee and tea were available all day, and the breakfast was varied. However, the breakfast was crowded, you had to wait for a table, the staff were unorganized (messy tables, lack of food, slow service), and the overall experience was affected by these issues.
