The staff welcomed us with a big smile, and the location is right next to Vida Canção Nova. Easy to get around.

The team was on point, 100% helpful, and the place was exactly what the pictures promised—maybe even better. I didn't have any complaints.

Breakfast was tasty, made with love. But the shower was a nightmare—cold water that never really heated up. The bed had no sheet, so we had to ask for a blanket because it was chilly. I think they should bring the bedding, but we weren't told.
