Simone and her brother gave us flawless service, told us exactly what to do, shared great restaurant tips, and the room was spotless and comfy; I’d definitely return, the location was superb and I’m grateful for their care.

Everything was perfect! Simone and his brother ensured we found the apartment easily and provided clear self‑check‑in instructions, videos, and detailed directions a day before. The area is outstanding, a great neighborhood close to the main train station, very quiet at night, and not far from Rome’s main sights—15–20 minutes on foot or by bus, and the Colosseum is just a 2‑minute walk. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well insulated, and had good AC. Nothing was bad, to be honest.

The communication with Giovani was excellent; he was attentive and helpful, the location is great—everything is within walking distance and the neighborhood has great food. A metro station is nearby, just five stops to the Vatican, and you can reach the apartment from the station in 15 minutes on foot. During our stay, the internet didn’t work at all, but we were told about it on day one. The air‑conditioner wasn’t cooling well during a hot period, and the shower area was very cramped, making it hard to wash my hair.
