I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy room, but unfortunately, the breakfast was quite mediocre and the same menu was repeated every day, with little to no variety.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel, as both positive and negative aspects were present throughout my stay. Everything about the hotel was good, but surprisingly, everything was also not good.

The customer service here was truly commendable, with staff being respectful and attentive to my needs. However, I didn't quite enjoy the location, which I thought was a good place to stay at first.

I had a wonderful experience staying here for three full days to explore Istanbul. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, the staff were trustworthy and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city, with tram and metro stations just a 10-minute walk away. Although the rooms weren't the cleanest, it was completely worth it for the convenience and experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.
