We had a very pleasant stay, with very nice and friendly staff. The breakfast was great, and the coffee was the best we had on this trip to Europe. Highly recommend this fantastic local hotel.

I loved the location near the Brenner Pass (we had to cycle downhill first thing). The hotel was comfortable, had good dinner options, a spa we didn’t get to use, a nicely sized balcony, a kettle in the room, and a secure place to store our bikes.

The breakfast was excellent. Public transport is included in the stay and the bus and train stops are easily reachable on foot. The bathroom is clean, spacious, and modern. The staff is very friendly. For personal taste, we would have preferred firmer pillows, as they felt “not very full” when we lay our heads on them.

We especially liked the very friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was exceptionally good, nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back. No complaints.
