The location was good.
The place is very new, only a few rooms, and in a residential building. The room was clean, well equipped, and cleaned daily. The bus stop is just a few minutes away and from there you can get into the city centre. The highlight was our very nice and helpful host, thank you! The breakfast was rather simple; we got a sandwich and a croissant, and on request we also received a vegetarian breakfast and even a breakfast to go when we had to leave early. So for us that was not a major criticism – just don’t expect a buffet.

The spot was great, with easy bus access and a short walk to the Vatican, but the directions I received from the management company were slightly different from what I actually found.
“Buono”
The location and parking were great, but the cleanliness needs a lot of work. The bathroom fan was covered in a layer of dust and we found socks under the bed (a sign it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests). Every person gets the following breakfast: a cappuccino/latte, a glass of fruit juice, a croissant and a coffee, served by a staff member. There’s a clear tourist tax in cash, even though you should be able to pay by card.
