Everything was flawless, the staff were brilliant and the check‑in was so easy—what more could you ask from a place that excels at welcoming guests. The team here is simply fantastic! Nothing could be improved; it was absolutely brilliant!

The staff were very helpful and friendly! We paid a lot and our room was really not OK, the layout was poor and cramped. It was difficult to use the toilet and bathroom facilities because they were poorly positioned. The breakfast had to be followed to the letter :-) We had to be present at 8.15 am and the staff were idle around (apparently unable to serve), yet we still had to wait until 8.30 am ;-) Never experienced that before! The manager does not meet the needs of this hotel, which is a pity. Price/quality is not OK!

Very nice place with beautiful décor, the personnel were kind and the breakfast was super.

The style of the hotel is great. The decoration of the room is old‑fashioned and shows no good taste.
