Located directly on the beach, the Holiday Inn Ocean City boasts private balconies in every room and 2 swimming pools. Rooms feature free Wi-Fi, sofa beds, full kitchens, and ocean views. The hotel offers an indoor hot tub, fitness centre, tennis court, and on-site dining at Touch of Italy and Ocean City's Original Pool Bar and Grill, serving Italian cuisine and light fare.

On the 8th floor the ocean view was beautiful, though the view itself was a bit disappointing.

It was convenient to everything and walking distance. You didn’t have to go out of the area. If you did not want to the pool bar that had a swim pool bar was great. The pool was beautiful as well with the hot tub the hammocks the swings great location all around rooms were nice too. I would suggest ripping out the carpeting and all the rooms and putting in vinyl plank waterproof flooring. I never understood why they have carpeting at a beach mold could set in mildew. God knows what else in that rug and I would suggest getting complementary coffee and getting rid of the Keurig in the room Keurig’s cause a lot of bacteria if they are not cleaned once a month. we ate at the touch of Italy restaurant the whole time. We absolutely love the food here we had no desire to go eat anywhere else. The pizza the specials you had for this place were phenomenal. The pizza was my favorite and the shrimp scampi five star restaurant 5+ stars 10 stars I would give it. The waitresses were very nice especially the waitress that spoke European. She had blonde hair big blue eyes super nice so was the girl from Pittsburgh Mount Lebanon area forget her name too great service by all that waited on us throughout the week even even the guy wish I had their names

I loved the outdoor pool, but when I asked to upgrade to room 313 I was told the hotel couldn’t do it because I booked through bookings. The pictures online didn’t match the actual bathroom, which felt less luxurious than the ones we saw.

The location was perfect for everything and many places were within walking distance, I liked everything, it’s great—this is my second stay and I’ll keep coming back.
