The front desk was excellent and friendly.

Breakfast was great and the staff were nice, but the front doors lock at night, which felt a bit inconvenient.

Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and the hotel looked clean and beautiful. When the air conditioner in my room worked properly, the staff were quick to change my room to ensure my comfort.

I slept on a bed that was super comfy and the shower was fantastic; I only stayed one night while driving to Gulf Shores, and it turned out to be the ideal halfway stop. The complimentary breakfast was a big plus. I would have liked a hot tub, but none is available.
