The reception was very warm, and the owner offered plenty of good tips for exploring the city. The hotel is just 50 m on foot from the beach and 5 minutes on foot from the Palais des congrès – a perfect location!

David is an outstanding host, always friendly and full of good tips. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – you’re within 5 walking minutes of the public beach and also just 3 walking minutes from a private parking spot. The rooms are small, but that’s clear from the booking.

The location is perfect, just a stone’s throw from the public beach du Midi and the historic centre. David, the owner or manager, gives a warm welcome. There’s a terrace for hanging laundry. The room is small for three and feels a bit old‑fashioned.

The staff are exceptional and helpful, the location is very convenient, and the parking is right next to the building – practically on the beach!
