“Bad place, but good staf”

The staff were nice and took good care of the guests, and the breakfast was good. However, the air‑conditioning was bad and there was no per‑room air‑conditioner, so some of us had to sleep on the terrace because the room was too hot. The electricity in our room went off twice, and the bathroom was narrow, damaged, and not clean.

The hotel is located right in the city center, close to all the main sights and many restaurants and shops. The rooms are in Ottoman style with high vaulted ceilings. There is a conditioner, a refrigerator, and the internet worked well. In the courtyard there is a cooler with cold and hot water. In the mornings they serve a luxurious breakfast. The hotel provides a coupon for covered parking within 5 minutes of the hotel.

The location is good, very close to Balıklı Göl. The breakfast had a wide variety, but some items were cold. The room had high ceilings and was large enough. Cleanliness could have been better, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom also had insufficient lighting, no mirror, and it would have made more sense to have a hair dryer in the bathroom. The heating system was inadequate and a bit noisy.
