The scenery around the hotel is stunning and the cows roaming nearby added a quirky charm. Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly, though the menu never changed over our week‑long stay. The cow smell might bother some guests, but I was used to it and didn’t mind.

The host was warm and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast tasty. We also enjoyed a gorgeous view and a very quiet setting, with a handful of restaurants reachable on a 15‑minute walk.

Everything worked well – the ski bus stop and the town of Hochfilzen were just a quick stroll away. Breakfast was tasty and gave a good start to the day.
