We stayed for one night with family. Overall, the hotel’s facilities and service were mostly fine, but the bathroom door lock was broken, which was very inconvenient. We were traveling with young children, and because the lock didn’t work, the kids could accidentally open the bathroom from the outside at any time. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable situation to stay in a family‑shared space. The room should have been checked for basic facilities and lock function after the previous guest checked out and before the next guest arrived. The overall experience was not problematic, but the bathroom door lock issue is a major concern for family guests. I hope the hotel will inspect rooms more carefully in the future.
