We enjoyed breathtaking mountain views from our balcony, the staff—especially Bouaphet—were very helpful, and the cleaning crew was friendly. We loved our stay, and everything here was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend.

The scenery by the Nankang River was beautiful, but there was none.

The location was great, that's for sure. But I had a bit of a mixed experience with my room - on the first night, I didn't get the view I was expecting, and on the second night, I got moved to a room with a view, but it didn't have a bathtub like my booking said. Not ideal, but the location saved it a bit.

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation and told me I'd booked the wrong place, even though my family had already checked in successfully on another platform. I had to wait for hours, from 11am to 4pm, until I finally got someone to listen to me and check me in. The room wasn't what I expected - it was supposed to be a riverfront room, but it wasn't.

The view from my room was absolutely stunning - I could see for miles. The hotel itself seemed fine, I didn't really notice anything wrong.
