The Avenue Hotel Ballygunge

My stay at this hotel was a letdown, primarily because of the extremely small room space. I had hoped for a more comfortable stay, but unfortunately, the cramped room made it difficult to relax. There were no redeeming qualities to make up for this major flaw.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel, which had a dingy appearance, complete with dark towels and uninviting corridors. The breakfast was also a major letdown, leaving a sour taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, there was nothing positive to take away from my stay.

“Not recommended”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the cleanliness was somewhat satisfactory, it fell short of my expectations in many areas. The facilities didn't quite live up to what was promised, and we encountered several issues during our stay, including a malfunctioning lift, poor Wi-Fi connectivity, and a sudden power cut in the middle of the night due to maintenance that wasn't communicated to us.

“Unpleasant experience due to poor and unhygienic facilities”

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly small, and the bed and towels were in a state of unhygienic disrepair. It's clear that the hotel is not prioritizing cleanliness and guest comfort.

My stay had its positives, with the location being quite pleasant, the staff friendly, and the food good. However, these were overshadowed by significant cleanliness issues, including a dusty floor, stained blankets, and a toilet that didn't smell fresh. These problems detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay.
