The best hotel in the world, and the staff are the kindest people I’ve met; I loved everything. Nothing is missing, every detail is well thought out and wonderful.

Danny was extremely friendly when we checked in and out, and the cleaning crew were professional without being intrusive. The valet helped us when a spill happened in our car. Shower water pressure was great. Tatiana, our waitress, was very pleasant and we gave her five stars for her professionalism. The pool view was awesome and the pool staff were very accommodating. Thanks. The bed felt a bit too firm for my taste, but it was clean.

I loved the view and the fact that the water park was included. The food at the water park was really good. I felt that more margaritas should have been free given the price.

Lo cómodo que era pero mucho costo para no utilizar las piscinas por eso fuimos. Que día por los toboganes y piscinas de agua y solo las abrían los fines de semana
