Wheatland Hotel

The spot is great—right in the middle of everything.

“Horrible”

The price was good, but the room smelled like smoke.

“Quaint & quiet”

The location was good and the place was actually very quiet; when I asked about the TV they attended to my issue immediately. However, there was no hair dryer and the hot water tap in the bathtub was broken, though it still worked.

I found hairs on the toilet, the ice bucket was dirty, and cleaning staff walked in on me while I was towel‑drying after a shower. They almost pin‑bedded me to the wall while pushing their cart in, not looking. The next morning there was a big water spill in the elevator from the cleaning staff’s mop bucket, and I almost fell down. I saw the cleaning lady mopping the main floor again, and she almost slipped and fell; there was no wet‑floor signage anywhere. There’s more, but you get the idea. I’m a certified residential, commercial, and hotel manager, so I know what they should be doing.

“I never ended up staying. My girls were supposed to stay and when they went to get the key that was set aside they were”

The location was alright, but because it’s attached to a bar it was really loud.
