The agent tried to extort more money from us at the gatehouse, didn’t send the QR code needed to enter the complex, and the ad is a scam – many have warned about it on booking. The company should have acted but did nothing. The advert is a scam; you need the QR code to enter Azure, the agent won’t give it, and you’ll be overcharged.

Clean, modern, elegant. The price is perfect even for a gold standard stay. The staff are helpful. The best beaches are a bit far away, about 100php with a tuk-tuk.

Breakfast is tasty for the price, with a variety of options. It would be better if there were an intercom for room service; we stayed on the 3rd floor and had to use the stairs. They should consider accessibility for people with disabilities and senior citizens.
