“Nie wieder Novasol”
The location by the marina at the start of the pier is nice, but the houseboat was dirty, with spider webs inside, black mold in the shower, missing pictures, pillows, décor, and pillows for the outdoor benches – it didn't look like the internet photos. The customer service informed me, but my complaints were not taken seriously and brushed off, and they offered €60 as compensation for a weekend that cost over €900, which seemed ridiculous. The customer service was bad.
