“We two sisters had gone with our bed-ridden mother to provide her with a staycation. It was great!”

The hotel had its good points - the breakfast was top-notch, the housekeeping and restaurant staff were super friendly and efficient, and the reception team went out of their way to be kind and considerate. The furniture in the room was really high-quality and the view from the window was exactly what I was looking for. The security staff even helped us with transferring my elderly mother from the car to her wheelchair, which was a huge relief.

I was really looking forward to my stay but unfortunately, the hotel didn't live up to my expectations. The room was a letdown - it wasn't clean and the property felt worn out, like it needed some serious TLC. To make matters worse, the breakfast was a bit of a disappointment too. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this place.

This hotel has a fantastic pool area that's perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day. The pool itself is well-maintained and clean, and the surrounding area has plenty of comfortable seating. However, the service here is a different story - the staff seemed a bit disorganized and took a while to attend to our needs, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the pool is a major plus, but the service needs some work.

The hotel's old-world charm was a big draw for us, and the backwater view room was a great choice - the views were stunning. But, the carpet in the corridors was a bit of a letdown, it could've been cleaner. The reception and interior design had a lovely vintage feel to it, but the buffet breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. We ended up ordering food from Swiggy instead, which was a better option. Considering the hotel's great location, a bit of an upgrade would make it even more special.
