The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, ample parking, and a restaurant serving stone oven pizzas, with outdoor dining options in the garden restaurant or pavilion during summer.

Besides the lake view, nothing else stands out. There was no breakfast available, which was fine after checking; an eerie smell came from the stairwell, towels weren't changed, there was no way to hang damp towels in the bathroom, no hair dryer in the room, the beds weren't made and were awful! Noise from the neighboring guest garden lasted until midnight, and I couldn’t check out because the contact person was unreachable.

I can’t see why earlier reviewers were so critical; the manager was incredibly friendly and the room offered a lovely lake view—simply dreamy. The place isn’t brand‑new but it’s perfectly fine, clean and well‑kept, though breakfast isn’t served in‑house before 10 am; the restaurant has decent alternatives. It would be great to have a secure bike rack on the premises.

The view of Lake Constance is wonderful, the place is right on the lake, and the restaurant in the same building has a guest garden directly on the water. Because of the high summer temperatures, a good sleep was unfortunately impossible.

Mrs Bannwart was very nice and helpful. The room wasn’t clean – the carpet had stains, the windows were very dirty with mosquitoes and cobwebs everywhere, the pillows smelled, the bathroom was very tiny, the portable air‑conditioner didn’t work, and the stairwell outside the room was very dirty.
