The location, breakfast, and staff service were good, but the bathroom was very uncomfortable and lacked ventilation, there was no air conditioning, and the room needs a renovation.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel, which is only a 3‑star place. Service is poor, staff are unfriendly, rooms have no air conditioning, towels are frayed and old, the pool is dirty and requires a reservation, the restaurant is very slow, and the paper towels feel like soda fountain paper with an airport‑style dispenser.

The reception staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The view is spectacular, the location is unbeatable, and the breakfast is very complete—10 out of 10! The only downside is that the bed is too soft and the mattress is uncomfortable.
