The location was excellent, the room was clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful!

The convenient central location in Beijing was great, everything was good, the breakfasts were tasty, and the metro was nearby, but we couldn’t use a pre‑payment linked to a YUP card, and they threatened to cancel the booking before agreeing to pay on arrival after some back‑and‑forth.

The location and the atmosphere of the classic hotel were great, but breakfast wasn’t included, there weren’t enough seating options in the foyer, a laundry room was missing, and the laundry service was very expensive.
