Very well located, close to natural pools. If you get the upper room and the floor is light, it’s not recommended.

The spot is great, close to the airport. The supermarket is just a 2‑minute walk. The whale museum is just across the road. The facilities are clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. I loved the outdoor patio to watch the sunset. We stayed in the attic, it was very hot there, but David the host gave us two fans so we slept comfortably. Besides, if you keep the living‑room windows open at night it feels fresh and cool. I enjoyed the board games inside the house. The other guests were very nice and respectful, everyone washed their dishes after themselves. I liked the coffee from the pods in the house. The house is built well with very cool features inside. David gave good suggestions on where to go and what to see. Definitely recommend visiting Fazenda with free walking birds there. David was available on WhatsApp all the time if we had any questions. If you’re renting a car, consider getting it from Rent the Car Nino, which is right inside the grocery store. They gave us a very good deal and free transport back to the airport. They’re usually inside the airport when you land in case you need a last‑minute car deal, like we did. Better rate than… We loved everything.

The house has character and a great location. Complimentary coffee capsules. Free snorkeling sets to borrow. David was very friendly at first. We stayed in the mezzanine room; the description didn’t make it clear that it’s right on top of the shared kitchen and shared WC/shower, so we were woken by neighbors at night and early morning. The room itself has no windows and is right under the roof; out of four fans one wasn’t working, but we finally got it replaced. The patio outside is cute, but only two tables – that can get tricky to share if three‑room participants want to hang out. Unfortunately, 170 € per night is way too expensive for the mezzanine room: it felt like a hostel. Perhaps the owners should consider lowering the price for this mezzanine room. We had to move out earlier and found much better value in the area.

Superb guesthouse in an expertly converted boathouse. Had a room overlooking the sea, could watch the sunrise and see the stars from bed. Host David was great, very welcoming and friendly. Location good for the airport and some restaurants. Supermarket 1 min away too; walking to the other end of town wasn’t too far either. Kitchen area was very spacious and it was nice to be able to cook on my travels for once. Great 3 days here, highly recommended.
