“Its contrary to what they say on portal”

I'm still fuming about my stay at this place. They had the nerve to charge me more than what was listed on my confirmation, and to make matters worse, they only accepted cash and refused to provide any kind of receipt or invoice. The staff member I dealt with was pretty unfriendly and kept me waiting during checkout. To top it all off, the property has a ridiculously steep and narrow staircase that's a nightmare to navigate, especially with luggage.

“Ok”

I was really impressed with how helpful the staff were, especially when I checked in late and they still managed to get me sorted out. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was super comfy. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, but it's a shame that the noise from the street outside can be a bit of a problem. Overall, I'd say it's a decent value for the price, but maybe not the best option for light sleepers.

“It was good in summary”

I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - they were super professional and friendly. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which was a big plus for me. The only things that didn't quite hit the mark were the cupboard, which was a bit dodgy, and the TV, which was stuck in a weird position - but to be honest, we didn't even use it, so it wasn't a huge issue. Overall, I was really happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We booked a room with a certain set of expectations, but what we got was a tiny space that barely fit our luggage. The staff seemed unbothered by our disappointment and just handed us the keys without a word. It was a weird way to start our stay.

I've stayed in some pretty grim places, but this one takes the cake. The room was pathetic, with a tiny bed and a shower that was basically a glorified sink. But despite the dodgy decor, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was pretty great - just a short walk from the city centre. It's not the worst place I've ever stayed, but it's definitely up there.
