The spot and the hosts’ friendliness stood out; the houses are cute, all painted in different colors on a small hill. Prices are straightforward, and the hosts can take you to the waterfalls for a small fee. Very accommodating.

We were greeted warmly by the local host, who was kind and did everything possible to make us feel welcome, but that was the only good thing. The accommodation didn’t match the photos at all; the pictures look very old. Instead of clean, charming bungalows shown online, we found old, worn‑down cabins with uncomfortable, sagging beds and a general lack of cleanliness. It was disappointing and certainly not what we paid for. The location was another issue. Aside from a single street with a few local restaurants and fruit stalls, there’s very little to do nearby. Grab isn’t available, so getting around is difficult and expensive. We were quoted 400 THB for the short 10‑minute drive to Erawan National Park, which felt excessive compared to transportation prices elsewhere in Thailand. We had originally booked two nights but left after the first night. The combination of outdated accommodation, lack of nearby activities, and poor value for money made us decide to continue our journey elsewhere. We rarely leave negative reviews, but we feel it’s important for future guests to have realistic expectations. Unless the property is renovated and the photos updated to reflect its current condition, we unfortunately cannot recommend staying here.
