It was a great value for the money. The room was spotless, quiet, had comfy beds and even a fireplace. It sits on Agia Kyriaki square, and the tiny balcony offered a lovely view of nature and the sea. The lady who welcomed us was sweet and very polite. Overall, a very affordable and honest choice for staying in Zagora, and we were satisfied! The bathroom was quite small and narrow, and the shower water was lukewarm even though it was already getting chilly, but it didn’t affect our stay.

“Bad experience. Stay away from this place....”

The hosts were not friendly at all. They simply told us about the room and handed us the key, no greeting, no questions about our trip or tips about the village. We left a night early because it wasn’t for us, and when we told them they didn’t even ask if there was a problem; they just said, “Ahh, which room were you staying?” It was a joke. We were on the first floor and had to take a nap after a long trip, but couldn’t sleep because their kids were playing and running around on the floor below us, making a huge noise. The next day after a morning at the beach, we tried to nap in the afternoon, and someone from staff opened the door and entered our room while we were sleeping.

The room picture showed a balcony that didn’t exist. We booked for a little outdoor space, and after 5 hours of driving we found a small, old room that didn’t match the pictures. Never again. The “free parking” is there, but good luck getting there without damaging your car.

A very nice spot, next to a stream, with cool breezes especially at night. There was a difficulty getting up the hill to the accommodation.
