“Pésimo para reservar”
I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, I was surprised to find that the staff didn't seem to have any record of my reservation when I arrived, which was a bit disorganized. On the other hand, this lack of coordination was somewhat offset by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere I encountered during my stay. However, I did notice some discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered, which was a bit frustrating.
