The hotel’s position is excellent and the staff were very helpful. The laundry machine on the 5th floor didn’t work, the small shop for drinks and water was empty and wasn’t restocked the next day, and the chef wasn’t present by 6.30am on our last morning, so the breakfast area stayed closed even though it was advertised as open from 6am.

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in SouthPark; although it isn’t a five‑star hotel, they treated us like one throughout. The spot is great, right across from the mall with plenty of nearby dining. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the on‑site parking was a big plus. The staff were fantastic and met every need we had.

The property was very clean, and I’m usually cautious about hotels, but this one was fantastic! The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the location was great. I’ll stay here again.

The room was super spacious and modern with a great bathroom that needs a magnifier mirror; the fitness center was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. They assigned us a room on the 3rd floor next to a machine room, which was very noisy.
