The downstairs room was fine and they allowed a small dog. The plumbing was bad and the bed was as hard as a rock.

The location is great and easy to find. The continental breakfast didn’t meet our expectations, so we mostly went to QuickTrip for breakfast. It was just cereal, coffee and cranberry juice.

The place was clean. However, there were no towels, the bathroom light was out, and it wasn’t fixed during my stay.

The receptionist was polite. We were told that our room had been cancelled in their system due to overbooking. I had prepaid and the room was reserved months ago. Then the hotel offered to put us in a room for an extra $300 because they had a few available, which made no sense. They are crooks. Never going back.
