The personalized service was excellent. As an older solo traveler, I was guided at every moment and even helped find someone to show me around since I had limited time. The facilities were very good.

I appreciated the warmth of those who greet and attend you; they’re willing to accommodate needs as much as possible. I always received good treatment and smiles despite any fatigue they might have had. The bathroom setup could be improved: in my shower, most of the water was hot but there was a small stream of cold water from the top of the head, and when I let the toilet run, there was a slightly unpleasant odor that lingered in the bathroom.
