It was not what I had expected. You do not get keys to your room, I felt unsafe, the people in the room were nice but that was the only highlight. The bathroom was not clean. Internet not working.

The staff were very polite, but unfortunately, hygiene standards were really poor. It was particularly disappointing that the light blankets placed over us weren't washed, but merely sprayed

The apartment was filthy, smelly, and extremely hot because the AC didn't work at all. The upper bunk bed is dangerous—the stairs are awkward, and I actually fell off the bed. On top of that, other guests had their belongings go missing (a wallet and a charger). Avoid this place. The staff was abusive, rude, and unsupportive. A staff member even smoked right in front of an allergic guest and yelled at her when she asked him to stop. The place was disgusting—dirty bathrooms, a useless kitchen, and water flooded everywhere. There are no windows, and the street traffic makes it extremely noisy. It’s unbelievable that Rome’s city council collects tourist tax for places licensed under such filthy, substandard conditions. Avoid this place at all costs

The location was satisfactory. It is a very poor hostel overall.

There were sirens all the time, 24/7, from an ambulance.
