The location was excellent, the breakfast varied and good with plenty of choices for every taste, and the staff were professional, kind, and helpful. Alee made our stay truly enjoyable and unforgettable.

The hotel was beautiful and very luxurious, with a fabulous breakfast and afternoon tea included. The room was beautiful, the pool amazing, and the staff were wonderful, very welcoming, and made our stay a real pleasure. It’s centrally located—just a quick walk to the river one way and to the Opera House the other. Great access to restaurants and the key sights of Ho Chi Minh City. The only downside was that it was cheaper to get our laundry done at the spa next door than to have the hotel do it—a very small issue in the bigger scheme of things.

The central location was great, the place was very well kept, spotless, and the staff were very present and helpful. Breakfast was good but not overly varied.

The accommodation was in a great spot and the staff were very friendly and always helpful. The rooms were clean, breakfast was fine, and afternoon tea was superb. The rooms are already quite old for the price, and I think the hotel should provide realistic photos instead of visualisations; otherwise we were surprised that the window room was in a mini‑block and we had two noisy air‑conditioning units opposite us. After complaining, they offered a better room, which we didn’t use because our stay was short. The lobby and social rooms are much nicer than the rooms themselves.
