The location is definitely close to the center. I booked on behalf of my parents‑in‑law, and when the reservation was already non‑refundable, they contacted me saying there were many stairs and asking if my parents‑in‑law could manage them. They didn’t allow me to cancel or get a refund, and the hotel shut the door in front of me. This left two elderly gentlemen exhausted and in pain, and even though they were scheduled to check in, they arrived twenty minutes late, leaving the two old people on the street, tired and hot. The location is okay. The room was cold, the heating didn’t work on the first night and only for a short time.

The location is a strong point, practically a two‑minute walk from Piazza del Plebiscito, and the welcome was perfect. The room is a bit small, but overall it’s fine for a few days.
“SOGGIORNO A NAPOLI”
The spot above the metro is great, just a two‑minute walk from Piazza del Plebiscito and easy to get around on foot; the host was very friendly and welcoming. The room only has one small window that unfortunately isn’t covered by proper curtains to keep the night dark, especially in the early morning, so I’d recommend using it to rest better because it faces the street and there’s a lot of noise.

The beauty of the place, the hosts’ hospitality, and especially the friendliness of one of the veteran photographers in training were outstanding. Nothing to add.
