The staff were very welcoming, first‑class, and helpful in every way; the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was great. The only drawback was the limited parking.

The décor was lovely and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, and the breakfast—especially the full Scottish option—was delicious. I also appreciated learning about the building’s history from a local resident and the free parking, which was a nice perk. We had a small hiccup with our room: we were initially assigned to the junior suite we booked, but the young gentleman quickly moved us to another room and apologized profusely. There was also a payment mix‑up that the staff handled promptly, thanks to Chris who resolved it quickly. Aside from those brief issues, everything else was smooth.
