They didn’t clean the room on the second day; when I complained they said they only clean every other day, something they never mentioned before I raised the issue. The staff were very willing to help with any complaint.

The front desk staff were incredibly rude when I tried to check in, and I couldn't even get a room.

I checked in, but a severe storm knocked out power for the entire stay, and they promised a refund, yet I'm still fighting to get my money back for the night I couldn't stay due to the storm. No follow‑up communication after the initial lie.
