Good location, clean rooms. Does not meet a 4‑star hotel. Reception is small and not very clean, no toilet in the hotel (only in the rooms), no room to store luggage.

Everything was excellent: the staff, the location, the facilities, the room and the cleanliness.

The spot was spot on, right next to Little Italy and a great place to wander, plus the rooftop lounge was a nice touch. The bed felt a bit too firm for my taste.

We were thrilled with the location—ideal for city exploration—and the balcony turned out to be a family favorite, adding a special vibe to our stay. The staff were outstanding: friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, so we’d definitely return.
