The staff were fantastic and the service was good, and the breakfast was okay. The Wi‑Fi was a bit sluggish sometimes, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about.
The hotel sits on the main street, close to spots and restaurants, rooms are clean, staff are friendly, and they offer airport shuttle. The balcony lacks a metal fence, breakfast is weak and not varied, no good cheeses, no falafel or shakshuka, and they rely on Ethiopian food.

The location and beautiful details are nice, but the handling of the payment was frustrating: the staff kept adding extra charges and later demanded a tax, which was not agreed upon. We were in a hurry to leave, so we paid, but it was a disappointing experience.
