The Marina Byblos Hotel, a 4-star hotel, overlooks Dubai Marina with air-conditioned rooms. Located near Jumeirah Beach, it features 6 on-site restaurants, a panoramic rooftop pool, and free private parking. Spacious rooms have designer furnishings, minibars, and flat-screen TVs. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from Jumeirah Lakes Towers Metro Station, with nearby access to the Yacht Club, Marina Mall, Emirates Golf Club, and Ibn Battuta Mall.

The staff, especially Ms. Ana and Ms. Mona, welcomed us warmly and made check‑in and check‑out effortless.

The staff were smiling and always ready to help; we booked a twin room but were first offered a single, which was quickly corrected. The décor is very old, the AC can’t be set—either it’s off or stuck at 18°C. The plumbing is dirty, the carpet is stained, and the furniture and appliances are antiquated. Breakfast was awful; coffee was practically impossible to drink. The hotel definitely doesn’t match four stars—maybe two at most. Everything was terrible except for the staff, who were always willing to help within their limits.
