The hotel was very cozy—ideal for anyone seeking a quiet, peaceful break. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was tasty. We stayed for five days and would have liked at least one cleaning of the room and a towel change; we also had to ask for toilet paper ourselves.

We rarely found a place where we could unwind so well, and we definitely want to return to Hotel Pikuy soon. The view and location are fantastic, and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The on‑site restaurant comes highly recommended; we had breakfast and dinner there, especially enjoying the mushroom soup and Transcaucasian specialties, all served by attentive staff and even a cat lounging on the terrace. The only downside is that the road leading to the hotel still needs repair.

I liked the little house, the nice courtyard, and the beautiful views; it was comfortable and I could leave my car in the courtyard. The nearby restaurant and the attentive staff were nice, but the road to the hotel is terrible—once you arrive you’ll have to walk a lot at home. The food at the restaurant wasn’t very tasty, we waited almost an hour for dishes even though there were other guests and another group.
